Hey guys!

I added Reputation (thanks to musicFREAK*)! You can add Reputations by clicking the "+" Sign at the right of a User's post, and reduce a person's Reputation by pressing the "-". Please, do not randomly reduce a User you dislike, and use them Seriously. If a User gets to 100 reputations, the User will be promoted to Trainee Moderator.

Which is why being a trainee mod at 100 seems pointless. At least none of use have 100 posts or anything yet. Or do we? O.o
