Ya know, I don't excactly think that every staff member getting different amounts of CDs is fair. It's sort of like saying, "I don't like you. Have 1 Chat Dollar.". But to someone else you say, " I like you. Have 200 Chat Dollars."

Moderators need more CD's, because they deserve it more, as they have passed the position you are in right now (If I said that a little too rude, no offense).
And musicFREAK has less, because she advertised. Jaydenhawk was in Supreme Chatters, so she got extra CD. I understand the problem about differences between each Moderator (or Trainee Moderator). We'll think about it.

So you are paying them? That's not them getting a fee... as I already told you. A fee is what a person pays for various reasons. Change that to "pay" or something, it is extremely confusing.
