Scrolling Announcement Empty Scrolling Announcement

Hello!

There are now Scrolling Announcements at the top of the page, so you can read the latest updates from there. There is a huge glitch though, as there is a gap between the New, Old and Locked buttons and the forums. We'll try to fix that.

I'm trying to fix the Gap between the New, Old and Locked buttons...I don't know how to though. Can you help me?
